Bruges is one of the most picturesque cities in Europe. The sixth-largest city in Belgium, Bruges boasts a plethora of medieval architecture, and the entire center city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Due to its canals, it has been referred to as “the Venice of the North” (along with countless other cities, both inside and outside of Belgium).
